The delivery took way too long and I had to follow up as there was no way of knowing where it was. While the product is excellent and my dog thinks so too, communication needs improvement. After following up I got a sketchy reply which left me non the wiser.
I will be ordering again and hope that I have a better experience.
Longest lasting present for our little Jack Russell who loving destroys most things extremely quickly. This is now a week old which is a record for her, she carries it about and settles down to have a good chew
